Dr. Judo Joseph Vachaparambil

Dr. Judo Joseph Vachaparambil is a Pulmonologist from Thrissur city with specialization in Asthma, Allergy, COPD, ILD, Lung Diseases and Sleep Medicine. After starting his career in 2005, he has gained almost a decade’s professional experience, till date.

While Dr. Vachaparambil finalized his MBBS from Calicut University, his MD (Chest and TB) degree was accomplished from the prominent institute JIPMER affiliated to Pondicherry University (It may be noted that JPIMER is one of the oldest medical schools to teach European medicine in Asia). Dr. Vachaparambil has also undergone overseas training in Sleep Medicine from ResMed, Sydney and training in Bronchoscopy and Thoracoscopy from Marseille, France. A further boost to his qualifications is the outstanding training in Chest Medicine that he received under the fellowship program conducted by American College of Chest Physicians.

Dr. Vachaparambil’s former professional work experiences include serving at Medical Center Thrissur and JIPMER, Pondicherry. On the research front, Dr. Vachaparambil is associated with a large number of clinical trials based on Asthma and Pulmonary Embolism. A key requirement for anyone involved in the conduct of clinical research is Good Clinical Practice (GCP) training and Dr. Vachaparambil has successfully completed the same through an online program.
